Field service engineers ensure the operation of local IT infrastructure by performing on-site installations, maintenance, repairs and issue resolution. They act as an escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring secure service continuity and driving customer engagement.
For our plant in Wielsbeke your responsabilities are:
- ensure operation of local infrastructure service
- act as escalation manager to regional or central IT in case of business-critical incidents
- conduct on-site installations, repairs and maintenance of telecom and IT equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and enhanced customer satisfaction
- collacorate with cross-functional teams to develop and inplement service improvement plans, driving operational efficiency and customer engagement

- you have a background in an general IT role: IT service management, operations support, infrastructure engineering, end user support..
- you speak or have knowledge of Dutch, English and French
- you have good planning skills
- you can set priorities and you are hands-on
