For one of our estimated clients, a Real estate developer & asset management company, we are looking for an Asset Manager (commercial real estate). You will supervise the portfolio on a commercial, financial, technical & administrative level Well-known company with both asset management & development projects Supportive and talented teams dedicated to collaboration and shared success. Supervise lease (re)negociation & financial metrics of the portoflio (cashflow, rentability, occupation rate...) Prospect (dis)investment opportunities & assist the investment/transaction Teams to follow-up on deal procedures Reporting to the higher management to ensure smooth operations Degree in real estate, property management or finance ~+- Good level in French and Dutch, and proficiency in english would be a plus ~ Solid knowledge in commercial/corporate lease drafts & portfolio overview ~
