Position Summary

As a Cash Collection Support you will assist the Accounts Receivable Department by monitoring and following up the status of client invoices.

What will be your responsibilities?

• You will take full responsibility for cash collection activities in one designated country while serving as backup support for 9 other EU countries.
• Conduct online research to evaluate the creditworthiness of new clients.
• Provide general administrative support like maintaining and updating payment records, client correspondence, and status reports.

What do we require?

• Living in Belgium
• First experience and interest in working with numbers and data.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer contact and making calls.
• Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and a readiness to provide backup support when needed.
• Motivated to contribute in a professional and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English (business proficiency) and either Dutch, German, Hungarian, Czech or French
• Willingness to commit to an interim setup with the potential for the position to become permanent.
