Restaurant Manager – My Tannour Ghent


Welcome to My Tannour, where fire gives birth to flavour.
Born from a passion for Syrian street food, My Tannour is more than just a restaurant, it's a sensory experience, a journey to the heart of the Middle East, where wood-fired bread, smoky aromas, and warm smiles come together.

A young and fast-growing company (already 6 restaurants in Brussels), My Tannour is now writing a new chapter in its story: our first opening in Flanders, in Ghent.

As the Manager of our Ghent restaurant, you'll be the guardian of hospitality, ensuring a generous, smooth, and genuine service.

You'll make every guest feel the joy of warm bread and good vibes.
You'll make sure your team stays united, motivated, and proud to be part of this adventure.

Your missions

  • Offer our guests an authentic, warm, and unforgettable experience.
  • Lead your team with energy, care, and high standards.
  • Train, motivate, and inspire every team member.
  • Ensure quality, hygiene, and the sacred fire in both the dining room and the kitchen.
  • Manage stock and optimize daily operations.
  • Constantly look for new ways to improve and grow.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in hospitality/food service (ideally 5 years, including 3 in team management).
  • A natural leader, close to your team, inspiring and positive.
  • You thrive on challenges, and you can handle the real "heat" (both from the rush and from the tannour).
  • Organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and always smiling.
  • You speak French or English (Dutch is definitely a plus).
