Strategic Workforce Planning, skills management, workforce transformation As a Manager in the People Advisory team you will perform the following tasks: ~ Project Management: # Lead and manage People Advisory Services projects, overseeing teams to ensure successful delivery; # Contribute to project reviews, identifying lessons learned to improve future quality and commercial planning. ~ Commercial Management: # People Management: # As a performance manager, guide, develop, and motivate team members to unlock their full potential; # Lead by example, ensuring adherence to KPMG’s quality standards; # Experience managing small teams (1-5 people). Attained a Master’s degree or equivalent with excellent results. Specialization in HR Management would be an asset; Have at least 5 years of experience in an advisory and/or management role (Preferably from a Consulting company); Strategic Workforce Planning; Skills Management, HR Transformation, HR process optimization, Workday HCM; Passionate about working with HR data and approach HR challenges in a data-driven way; Ability to manage client engagements from start to finish while simultaneously managing a team to ensure successful delivery; Play a pivotal role in driving and developing the team’s business development activities, supporting its growth and the expansion of its service offerings; Willing to participate in internal organization building initiatives to elevate the team’s skills and knowledge based on your experience Fluency in Dutch, French and English An international corporate culture in which personal growth, mutual trust and lifelong learning are being fostered; Career and business development opportunities combined with trainings based on your personal needs and ambitions; Learning and growth opportunities designed for leaders through our Management development Track; A team of passionate colleagues to reach higher goals and support each other; A buddy and performance manager to support and assist you through your first months at KPMG;
