As a Manager in the People Advisory team you will perform the following tasks:
~ Project Management:
# Lead and manage People Advisory Services projects, overseeing teams to ensure successful delivery;
# Contribute to project reviews, identifying lessons learned to improve future quality and commercial planning.

# As a performance manager, guide, develop, and motivate team members to unlock their full potential;
# Lead by example, ensuring adherence to KPMG’s quality standards;
# Experience managing small teams (1-5 people).
Attained a Master’s degree or equivalent with excellent results. Specialization in HR Management would be an asset;
Have at least 5 years of experience in an advisory and/or management role (Preferably from a Consulting company);
Strategic Workforce Planning; Skills Management, HR Transformation, HR process optimization, Workday HCM;
Passionate about working with HR data and approach HR challenges in a data-driven way;
Ability to manage client engagements from start to finish while simultaneously managing a team to ensure successful delivery;
Play a pivotal role in driving and developing the team’s business development activities, supporting its growth and the expansion of its service offerings;
Willing to participate in internal organization building initiatives to elevate the team’s skills and knowledge based on your experience
Fluency in Dutch, French and English
