Project Administrator
and play a key role in supporting our project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on project orders
• Ensure clear communication between Sales and Field Managers
• Perform quality checks on incoming orders
• Enter client information into internal systems
• Track project milestones and progress
• Provide support to the Project Manager
• Create Purchase Orders
• Communicate key project elements with clients

Profile Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience in a project-based role is a strong asset
• Fluency in both Dutch and French is essential
• A proactive and ambitious mindset is highly valued
