Brand Manager Belgium


Purpose of the job:

The Brand Manager for KFC Belgium is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that make KFC a relevant, accessible, and distinctive brand in the Belgian market. This role also involves delivering insightful, accurate data analysis to assess the performance of marketing activities. The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with the KFC Western Europe team, external agencies, suppliers, and local franchise partners.

Job size:

This role supports the Belgian market — a young but rapidly growing territory within KFC Western Europe, currently with 20 restaurants and more openings on the horizon.


Location:

The position is based in Belgium and is fully remote, with:

  • Regular travel across Belgium to visit restaurants and franchise partners
  • Frequent trips to the European Headquarters in Lausanne
  • Approx. 30% travel time


Reporting Line:

Reports directly to the Belgium Marketing Manager, with a strong collaboration with the Western Europe Marketing Manager.


Job function:

Following global KFC Brand guidelines, the Belgium Brand Manager will:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the definition and implementation of the promotional calendar
  • Support the Marketing Manager in adapting and implementing European advertising campaigns (Creative and media)
  • Adapt and implement European instore/delivery advertising material (Menu Boards, Posters etc…)
  • Lead sales channel updates due to offer adjustments (kiosk, tills, delivery, website)
  • Lead owned channels updates (social media, website etc.)
  • Support the Marketing Manager in pricing and product portfolio adjustments
  • Support new store openings and local store marketing in close collaboration with Franchise partners
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the actions implemented and competitor activities
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the further digitalization of the KFC brand in Belgium
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the management of the marketing budget

Knowledge and skills required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to:

1) Managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

2) Applying strong creative judgment and contributing to brand development

  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently and clearly
  • A genuine interest in the food and fast-food industry, particularly within the Belgian market
  • Language skills: Native-level fluency in Dutch/Flemish or French is essential
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required
