Strategy Development: Design infrastructure platforms and capacity roadmaps that align with business growth and industry best practices. Architectural Standards: Establish the \"gold standard\" for manageable, high-performance environments, ensuring scalability across the bank's ecosystem. 2. Governance & Technical Leadership Design Authority: Lead architecture reviews and validate complex infrastructure solutions proposed by project teams to ensure they meet internal standards. Resilience & Security: Develop robust strategies for security baselines, disaster recovery (DR), and governance across seamless on-premise and hybrid-cloud environments. Problem Resolution: Act as the final tier for root cause analysis on complex, high-impact technical issues. 3. Regional & Operational Support Overseas Support: Define and execute IT support strategies tailored for our overseas branches, ensuring global consistency. Advisory: Serve as a subject matter expert for infrastructure teams, offering guidance on platform technology and non-standard configurations. Compliance & Risk Management Regulatory Integrity: Execute all duties with high integrity, adhering to global banking regulations, internal codes of conduct, and industry standards. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, report, and monitor operational risks, ensuring all work adheres to established risk control guidelines. The Ideal Profile Education & Experience: University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. 8+ years of IT experience, with a deep focus on Enterprise System Architecture. Technical Mastery: Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, Google, or Alibaba Cloud. Infrastructure Breadth: Deep knowledge of Servers, Networking, Endpoints, Databases, Middleware, and Virtualization. Security Mindset: Familiarity with modern application development tools and security protocols. Soft Skills & Certifications: Certifications: CISSP or CISA (highly preferred). Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to facilitate complex technical discussions with non-technical stakeholders.
