All about the role

As a Courier Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact for our couriers across the Wallonia and Brussels region. You'll manage communication, training, and local operations to ensure shifts run smoothly and performance stays high.

After a short onboarding period, you'll take ownership of one city — leading your courier team and working closely with Senior Coordinators and the City Operations Manager to deliver operational excellence and ensure great courier experience.

We're looking for someone ready to support our Wallonian teams in Namur, Liège, and Charleroi, while contributing to collaboration and high performance across all of Wallonia and Brussels.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

• Ensure courier equipment is ordered, stored, and dispatched safely and on time.

• Oversee daily shifts, resolve operational issues, and maintain high performance standards.

• Monitor the condition of bikes and vehicles, coordinating maintenance and repairs when needed.

• Enforce all Health & Safety procedures.

• Coach and support a team of 50–100 couriers and courier captains.

Be the Link Between Teams

• Work closely with Planning, Senior Coordinators, and the City Operations Manager to coordinate schedules and resources.
• Act as the bridge between couriers, courier captains, and management.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new couriers.
• Partner with HR Courier Support to ensure smooth processes and a great experience for couriers.

Step Up When It Counts

• Cover for colleagues during absences or peak periods.
• Support nearby cities when needed.
• Take initiative to identify and implement operational improvements.

What will you bring to the table?

• Fluent French and a strong working level of English (other languages are a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, hospitality, supply chain, or food delivery (other relevant leadership experience also considered).
• A proactive, hands-on, and flexible approach.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and time management skills.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Higher education (Bachelor's or equivalent) preferred but not required.

Where you'll work

You'll be part of the Wallonia & Brussels operations team, supporting Liège, Namur, Charleroi, and Mons.
You'll work 5 days a week on-site (primarily in Charleroi), with 1–2 days per month in our Brussels office.
Remote work isn't an option — we need you close to the action
You'll work day and night shifts, Monday to Sunday, including weekends, with flexibility and teamwork as key ingredients for success.
