As our new Account Manager for the Brussels region and surrounding , you will be the trusted partner for our valued restaurant partners. You'll dive into your restaurants' performance, devise clever strategies to boost their success on our platform, ensure they have optimal visibility, and, of course, keep them highly satisfied. Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurants in your territory. Stay up to date on the latest hospitality and delivery trends, and share insights with your colleagues to keep us ahead of the curve. Team player: Work closely with internal teams to make projects a success and solve challenges efficiently. Help restaurants make the most of our tools and services by using data-driven insights. Get involved in exciting initiatives like the Horeca Expo or the annual Best Restaurant Awards; You have at least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, in sales, or in business development, with a proven track record of successfully managing existing clients. Fluent in French , with a good level of English; Dutch is a big plus! Typically, you'll spend one day a week at our Brussels office or working from home. You are a self-starter who also thrives as a key team player. Knowledge of Google Suite and Salesforce is a bonus.
