All About The Role
As our
Operational Enablement Specialist
, you'll be the go-to expert for local operational projects — guiding them from inception to successful launch. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery, supporting process optimization, and enabling our teams to work more effectively.

Beyond "go-live," you'll continue to drive improvements by standardizing workflows, transitioning manual processes into automated ones, and collaborating closely with Product, Operations, and Change Management teams. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Project Management: Manage end-to-end delivery of operational readiness projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
• Ad-Hoc Project Engagement: Support ongoing and ad-hoc projects requested by different markets or Customer Service teams.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives across local and global operations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Continuous Improvement, and Change Management.
• Risk Management: Define performance standards, assess risks, and ensure project outcomes meet business goals.
• Go/No-Go Recommendations: Deliver insights from testing and pre-launch phases to support critical Go/No-Go decisions.
• Training & Enablement: Work with Quality & Training Knowledge (QTK) and Release to Market (RTM) teams to plan and review training materials, ensuring operational readiness for new tools and processes.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor performance metrics, identify deviations, and recommend data-driven improvements.

What will you bring to the table?

• Experience in operations, project management, or process improvement (ideally within a fast-paced, international environment).
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level); other languages are a plus.
• A proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
