Key Responsibilities

• Represent Supply Chain as active Core Team Member in the Transfer Project Core Team.
• Collaborate closely with Local Operating Companies, Production Sites, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Deliver, and Product Artwork teams to define and execute transfer implementation plans.
• Coordinate all supply chain activities throughout the implementation phase.
• Lead supply-related meetings with both sending and receiving plant teams.
• Align with each site on the detailed transfer plan, including last order dates from the sending site and first order dates from the receiving site.
• Serve as the primary communication lead for affiliates and plants, ensuring all stakeholders are regularly updated on execution progress.
• Proactively escalate risks or delays that may impact agreed implementation timelines.
• Manage stock build-up planning when needed, considering regulatory approvals, plant capacity, and customer needs.
• Ensure effective cross-functional communication across E2E Transfer Teams, keeping management and stakeholders informed of project status.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Solid understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain processes and interdependencies across functions (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Master Data).
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience with SAP ERP system is required; knowledge of OMP is a plus.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Ability to build strong partnerships without direct authority and align cross-functional teams on shared objectives.
• Proactive and autonomous mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude.
