Über einen smarten Online-Fragebogen erstellen wir individuelle Futterpläne, die direkt nach Hause geliefert werden. 🤩 Deine Aufgaben

Als Praktikant:in im Digital Marketing bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams – unser „Spider im Netz“. Deine Aufgaben sind abwechslungsreich und orientieren sich an aktuellen Projekten für den deutschen Markt. Falls du deine Abschlussarbeit bei uns schreiben möchtest, unterstützen wir dich auch dabei.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

• Unterstützung im Influencer Marketing (Recherche, Ansprache, Koordination)
• Mitarbeit bei der Lokalisierung von Inhalten und Kommunikation (Social Media, E-Mail, Google, TikTok)
• Erstellung und Umsetzung von A/B-Tests
• Analyse von Website-Performance und Nutzerverhalten (z. B. mit Hotjar & Google Analytics)
• Erstellung von zielgruppenorientiertem Content für unsere Kanäle
• Mitwirken an digitalen Marketingprojekten – Platz für deine eigenen Ideen ist ausdrücklich erwünscht!

🎯 Dein Profil

Erfahrung ist schön, aber kein Muss – wir bringen dir alles bei, was du brauchst. Viel wichtiger ist uns deine Motivation. Du passt super zu uns, wenn du:

• ein Studium in Kommunikation, (Online) Marketing, BWL oder einem ähnlichen Bereich absolvierst
• sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse hast (schriftlich & mündlich)
• Spaß am Schreiben hast
• gerne mit Daten arbeitest und Lust auf Analysen hast
• ein kreatives, kundenorientiertes Mindset mitbringst und Wert auf Details legst
• ab September 2025 für mindestens 5 Monate und 32 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar bist

Just Russel is a fast-growing scale-up dedicated to improving the health and happiness of pets. We make it easy for dog and cat parents to feed their pets in a personalized and healthy way. Through a smart online questionnaire, we create tailored nutrition plans and deliver them straight to their doorstep. 🤩 Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll be an important part of our team - our very own “spider in the web.” Your tasks will be diverse and shaped by current projects in the German market. If you’d like to write your thesis with us, we’re happy to support you in defining a suitable topic (unless you already have one in mind).

Your main responsibilities will include:

• General support in localizing content and communications across various channels such as Meta, email, Google, and TikTok
• Supporting influencer marketing (research, outreach, coordination)
• Contributing to and implementing A/B tests
• Analyzing website performance and user behavior using tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms
• Creating content tailored to the needs of our German audience
• Contributing to digital marketing projects - with plenty of room for your own ideas and initiatives

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

Experience is a plus, but not required - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Much more important is that we’re looking for an entrepreneurial, proactive, and communicative intern who’s eager to work and learn with us. You’re a great match if:

• Are currently studying Communication, (Online) Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor or Master)
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English (written & spoken)
• You enjoy creative writing and content creation
• You’re data-driven and like to analyze and optimize
• You’re detail-oriented, creative, and customer-focused
• You’re available for at least 32 hours per week starting in October 2025, for a minimum of 5 months
