We are a well-established export trading company with over 30 years of history, specializing in Christmas and other seasonal products.
Our major markets are North America and Western Europe, and our customers are primarily large multinational retail chains.
Role Summary
The Shipping Clerk supports daily shipping and logistics operations by handling shipment follow-up, export documentation and data updating.
Working in a 2‑member shipping team and reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, this role helps ensure accurate documents, smooth delivery and up-to-date shipment records.
Responsibilities
Follow up on shipments and prepare all related documents.
Issue commercial invoices and packing lists.
Handle export documents in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Maintain shipment records and update the internal system accurately and on time.
Prepare weekly and monthly shipping reports.
Perform other ad hoc duties
Ideal Candidates
2+ years shipping experience in trading/manufacturing/buying offices
Experience in North American or European market
Experience in seasonal products is a plus
Experience in export trading companies is a plus
Experience in handling shipment to multinational retail chains is a plus
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
Detail-minded, careful, and a good team player.
Terms & Benefits
5-day work week.
13-month salary plus performance bonus.
10 days of annual leave.
Paid sick leave: 1 day per month.
