Job description
If you are looking for a technical, varied position, than read on quickly. J-Tec is hiring and looking for a Customer Care Project Officer to complete the after-sales team.
You will be the go-to person for advice and will be responsible for the coordination, planning and organization of interventions, maintenance and general technical support for clients. The necessary inspections of existing installations are organized by you in a proactive manner. You will help with the selection of the right critical components (ex. Spare parts).
Together with your colleagues you will offer a complete after-sales service and take care of the administrative follow-up.
