ORGANIZATION: A Major Road Logistics Firm

LOCATION: BeNeLux

TITLE: Technical Director/Manager

PACKAGE: €100,000 - €120,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Responsibilities:

Management of a very large fleet of trucks / tractors and trailers.
Management of maintenance workshops.
Management of all maintenance / operations staff.
Designing KPIs / key performance indicators, management guidelines and structures.

Requirements:

Experience managing a minimum fleet size of 100 trucks / tractors.
Experience leading both workshop and non-technical operations teams.
Experience designing KPIs / Key Performance Indicators, management guidelines and structures.
A friendly but firm 'no-nonsense' attitude to management.
