To strengthen our ERP Team, we are currently looking for an:

ERP Project Manager

As ERP Project Manager, you guide the various companies within the IPCOM group through the rollout of a uniform ERP system. You are the driving force behind the project, from actual ERP implementation to process optimization and change management. You bridge the gap between the different stakeholders and support the local teams throughout this digital transformation.

Your tasks & responsibilities

• You guide the project through its various phases and milestones.
• You work in tandem with the ERP Solution Architect, the ERP program manager and the various stakeholders in the steering committee.
• You analyse the needs of each business unit/location and translate these into a project plan.
• You schedule and monitor tasks.
• You communicate clearly and regularly with the project team, implementation partner, and other stakeholders.
• You deliver the project according to the agreed contract execution, timing, budget, and rollout methodology.
• You organize aftercare and ensure the handover to the service management team.
• You are regularly present at the project sites.

Project Management

• As ERP Project Manager, you build the bridge between IPCOM branches and the system integrator. In consultation with the various involved parties, you prepare a realistic budget and timeline. You aim for a clearly defined, comprehensive scope and coordinate this with all stakeholders. During the project, you manage the time, budget, and scope triangle.
• The project may be a first implementation, a rollout, a major upgrade, or an improvement project.
• You identify risks well in advance and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate them.
• To ensure quality, you will work out test and data migration strategies and plans, together with other stakeholders.

Change management

• You are attentive to the impact an ERP implementation has on people and provide tools to facilitate or embrace this change, such as communication and training plans.
• You communicate at all levels, with all stakeholders, and break down silos. Together with the central team, you guide and motivate the local teams, solve problems, and drive timely decision-making.

Your profile

• You hold a master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences, Business Engineering, or equivalent, combined with relevant experience and a passion for implementing ERP projects.
• You have at least 5 years of experience as an ERP Project Manager and are familiar with the typical implementation steps, knowing what needs to be done and how to achieve it best.
• Certification in a project methodology such as PMP, Prince2, or in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus but not required. Your track record of successfully completed ERP projects speaks for itself.
• Knowledge of DevOps or other project management and PMO tools is an advantage.
• You possess a solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required; French or other languages are an asset.
• You are decisive, goal-oriented, and action-driven but also work conceptually. Your solution-oriented thinking and drive ensure your projects are always successfully completed. You excel at maintaining a helicopter view and can coach a project team.
• In your interactions with colleagues, you are sincere, engaged, and respectful. You communicate clearly, assertively, and diplomatically, and you listen actively. With these people skills, you are the motivator and leader of your project team.
• Given the rollout encompasses multiple projects, you possess strong adaptability to different cultures and pay sufficient attention to administrative accuracy.
• You are willing to travel to the various locations.
