💡 What you’ll do

You’ll be the go-to expert for our clients:

• Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding process
• Support and empower existing users to become InviteDesk ambassadors
• Spot opportunities for improvement and share them with our product team
• Offer tailored solutions and upsell when it makes sense
• Deliver training sessions at our HQ and occasionally on-site
• Expand our knowledge base and share insights with the team

🧠 Who you are

You’re a proactive, customer-obsessed problem solver who:

• Communicates clearly and confidently (digitally and in person)
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Speaks and writes fluent German & English — Dutch and French are a strong plus
• Has at least 1 year of relevant experience and a bachelor-level mindset
• Works in a structured way, takes ownership,
• Brings positive energy to every interaction — with a keen eye for detail
