Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with
7+ years of experience
in the insurance domain, specializing in non-life claims and large-scale Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations. The role involves gathering and translating business requirements, coordinating with IT, operations, and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, supporting configuration, testing, and process optimization. Strong knowledge of the European (especially Belgian) insurance market, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English plus French or Dutch are essential. Scrum Master experience is a plus.
