Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cobol Developer to join our Employee Benefits IT team, supporting digital transformation initiatives. The role involves developing, maintaining, and testing Cobol applications, preparing technical analyses, and ensuring smooth integration and system performance. You will also support acceptance testing, implementations, and serve as a technical contact for users.

Profile:
Strong Cobol and mainframe experience (insurance sector preferred), with knowledge of UML, Jira, Zephyr, and Agile practices. Test-driven development experience is important; Mulesoft/Java skills are a plus. Fluency in Dutch and English required; French is an advantage.
