Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sombreffe, Belgium. The Head of Transportation & Logistics will oversee and coordinate all aspects of transport operations, including fleet management, driver coaching, optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring efficient planning management, and steering cost optimization. The role also involves collaborating with producers and clients to ensure timely and sustainable delivery of quality organic products.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Logistics Management and supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management with a focus on optimizing processes and maintaining sustainability principles.
• Strong skills in Transport Operations to oversee the feet management and ensure smooth delivery practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate staff in a dynamic work environment.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
• Relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields; a degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with sustainable and organic agricultural practices is an advantage.
