The EMEA Distribution Senior Manager is responsible for end-to-end operational performance and strategic execution across Integra's EMEA distribution network, overseeing a single DC that combines distribution and returns operations. This role leads a team of DC and returns specialists, senior specialists, consignment operations specialists, and an optimization manager, ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement. This hands-on senior manager partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, Transportation, and 3PL partners to align execution with business objectives, drive improvement initiatives, and deliver exceptional service to customers across the EMEA region. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Team Leadership & People Management Lead and manage multiple direct reports, including: DC & Returns Operations Specialists Consignment Operations team DC Optimization Manager Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management, building leadership capability across the team. Promote a culture of operational discipline, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Operational Performance & DC Oversight Ensure consistent service delivery, SLA compliance, and operational efficiency across all DC operations, including returns and consignment flows. Monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics, including OTIF, order accuracy, cycle times, labor productivity, damage rates, and cost-per-unit. Partner with direct reports to proactively identify risks, address escalations, and stabilize performance during peak periods or operational disruptions. Strategic Execution & Optimization Oversee optimization initiatives led by the DC Optimization Manager, ensuring projects align with network goals, deliver measurable improvements, and scale effectively. Provide guidance on consignment inventory operations and performance improvement initiatives. Support cross-functional projects impacting DC operations, including system upgrades, process improvements, and service enhancements. Escalation & Issue Resolution Serve as the senior escalation point for operational, service, or quality issues across the DC, returns operations, and consignment operations. Partner with internal teams, commercial stakeholders, and 3PL partners to resolve escalations efficiently and prevent recurrence. Financial & Cost Management Oversee operational budgets for the DC, including labor, overtime, and cost-per-unit metrics. Ensure cost control while maintaining service levels and operational reliability. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, and risks, collaborating with teams to implement sustainable solutions. Support CI initiatives led by specialists or the optimization manager, ensuring learnings are applied across DC operations. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field required. Master's degree or MBA preferred. Experience 10+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations, including managing multi-function teams. Proven track record of delivering operational performance improvements, SLA compliance, and cost efficiency. Hands-on experience managing both DC and returns operations, including consignment inventory or specialized flows. Experience overseeing optimization initiatives and driving process improvements in warehouse or logistics environments. Skills & Capabilities Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to coach managers and senior ICs. Excellent operational judgment with ability to manage complex, multi-function operations. Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making. Effective communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Ability to drive change, influence without direct authority, and manage competing priorities. Systems & Tools (Preferred) Experience with WMS, TMS, or warehouse reporting tools. Advanced Excel or BI tool skills for operational analysis and reporting.
