Institute of Sustainability and Technology (IST) and the One Earth initiatives together form an integrated, Hong Kong – anchored, Asia - wide ecosystem that harnesses technology, education, sustainable finance and leadership development to tackle the world's most pressing environmental and social challenges, advancing a vision of Healthier People, Healthier Planet.
IST serves as the non-profit platform driving research, executive and youth education, and global convenings, most notably the One Earth Summit (OES), which is emerging as a premier Asian platform for advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals and reinforcing Hong Kong's role as an international hub for green finance and technology.

We are looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Business and Program Manager to join the Institute of Sustainability and Technology (IST). In this role, you will help our senior management to develop and manage sustainability-focused business initiatives and programs. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to driving our mission of fostering sustainable value creation and strategy for future leaders through innovative technology, education initiatives, and strategic collaborations. Main Tasks Include
Conduct market and customer research for business, product, and program development.
Lead the end-to-end development and execution of sustainability-focused programs that align with IST's mission.
Oversee program implementation and delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams and partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
Take an active approach toward identifying new business opportunities in sustainability/ ESG research, education, and consultation.
Develop growth strategies, plans, and proposals.
Manage and retain relationships with new and existing clients.
Increase client base in new markets and clientele.
Carry out sales and marketing activities, including prospect identification, marketing collateral drafting, business proposal preparation, negotiating with stakeholders, etc.
Draft and review service contracts.
Coordinate product and service delivery.
Prepare sales and operation reports.
The Candidate Should Possess
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sustainability or a similar area.
About 5-8 years of proven sales experience in business or education areas.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
Be proactive, organized, service-oriented, detail-minded, and independent, and handle work in stressful and uncertain environments.
Prior experience in program management, including program design and development, course promotion and marketing, course teaching and delivery, day-to-day program administration, coordination and liaison with universities, students, and teachers, and developing partnerships with corporate and professional bodies, is preferred.
