UX Designer

Are you passionate about designing intuitive digital experiences that truly make a difference? We are looking for an Experienced UX Designer to join a leading digital transformation initiative and help create user-centered applications that are accessible, engaging, and impactful.

• Analyze user needs by understanding their environment and behaviors to define application requirements.
• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability tests) and participate in recruiting participants.
• Propose tailored UX solutions and design both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes (mobile-first prototyping approach).
• Assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces and ensure the developed applications meet user needs and expectations.
• Guarantee that the graphic design of applications complies with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Set up and maintain a governance system for style guides and design systems.
• Contribute to service design by proposing user-centered solutions through iterative design and testing processes.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with both clients and the internal team throughout all project phases.
  

• Solid experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio (mandatory — applications without a portfolio will be automatically declined).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Axure, Figma, Conceptboard, and Mentimeter.
• Expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• A user-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement through research and iteration.
