Your Role in Action

You'll be at the heart of everything related to 
external
 
events and experiences
at Innovad Group - from planning and coordination to execution and follow-up. You'll make sure every event, big or small, reflects who we are as a group and creates measurable impact for our brands and products. This role reports to the Global Marketing Director.

Here's how your work will make a difference:

• Bring events to life
   – Lead the planning, organization, and execution of all external events across Innovad Group - including trade shows, our Masterclasses, sponsored events, customer seminars, and partner-supported activities.
• Create alignment and impact
  – Ensure that communication and branding around each event are coherent across all channels - before, during, and after the event - working closely with our internal teams and regional offices.
• Amplify the story
   – Translate event moments into engaging communication by preparing and sharing updates on social media or other digital platforms, capturing the spirit of the event and strengthening our online presence.
• Be the operational heartbeat
   – Manage all administrative and logistical aspects, from booth reservations and vendor coordination to budget tracking, and deadlines.
• Collaborate and connect
   – Act as the central communication point between marketing, sales, and external partners, ensuring that everyone involved is informed and aligned.
• Elevate the experience
  – Contribute creative ideas to enhance our event branding and engagement - from booth design and on-site storytelling to digital extensions of our presence.
• Measure what matters
   – Assess event performance and suggest improvements to maximize visibility, customer engagement, and return on investment.

you're an organized, proactive, and creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You enjoy taking ownership and seeing projects through 
from idea to execution
.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• At least 
  5 years of hands-on experience
   in event planning and management, ideally in a 
  B2B or international setting
  .
• An excellent understanding of 
  marketing principles
   and how events contribute to broader brand and communication strategies, and how offline and online strategies connect.
• Excellent 
  organizational and multitasking skills
  , with an eye for detail and deadlines.
• Strong 
  communication and interpersonal abilities
  , with experience coordinating across teams and cultures.
• Proven ability to 
  manage budgets
   and negotiate with vendors or service providers.
• A creative mindset - experience in
  event branding or experiential marketing
   is a strong plus. Creating a 
  story-driven visual journey
   at an event that connects our brands values with the visitor's experience.
• Ability to use 
  marketing tools
  : Canva, MailChimp, etc.
• Proficiency in English is must (Dutch and other languages are an asset).
• You're comfortable travelling to attend main events, which typically take place several times per year.
