Position overview:

Candidate must have a degree in IT or has relevant experience of 18 months and has successfully done some basic IT trainings (ex. TCP/IP, Windows, …)

What you'll do:

• Install and support PC’s (software and Hardware), printers, mobile phones, tablets, … for internal customers. Your internal customers are in Belgium and abroad (Madrid, US, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai…). Contact can be established per e-mail, phone, Teams or onsite.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software and infrastructure issues with the end-customer and ensure they are operational again in short time
• Follow standard help desk procedures inside and with external suppliers

What you bring:

• Interested in PC hardware and peripherals
• Knowledge on Windows 11, MS Teams, M365 and other basic IT applications
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Fast learning skills
• Good customer service orientation
• Good drive for problem analysis & problem-solving
• Stress tolerance
• Fluent in English is a must!!! Dutch and French knowledge are an advantage.
• Open for flexible working hours and potentially for short missions abroad
