🔎 About the Role

As an SAP Expert, you’ll play a key role in end-to-end SAP implementations — from fit-gap analysis to go-live support — while ensuring seamless integration across domains such as Logistics, Controlling, and Procurement.

Your focus will be on:

• ⚙️ Production Execution (PE): shop floor integration & execution workflows (EWM experience a big plus!)
• 🧪 Quality Management (QM): SAP QM expertise with LIMS integration (Labvantage preferred)
• 📊 PPDS: advanced planning & scheduling, bridging planning and execution

✨ What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle SAP projects (design, configuration, training, data migration, UAT, go-live)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration
• Collaborate with production experts to design optimized processes
• Thrive in both greenfield and template-based environments
• Communicate clearly & proactively with diverse stakeholders

🛠 What You Bring

• 7+ years of end-to-end SAP implementation experience
• Strong track record in SAP PE, QM, and PPDS
• Integration experience across Logistics, Controlling, Procurement
• Experience with LIMS and EWM is highly valuable
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and stakeholder management skills
• A positive, proactive, and resilient mindset 💡

🌐 Other Must-Haves

• Fluent in English (Dutch/Polish is a plus)
• Comfortable in an international, multicultural setting
• Willingness to travel (~10–20% around go-lives)
