Strong understanding of IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) and WebSEAL: This is a core requirement for most ISAM-related roles.

Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts: This includes understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.

Experience with industry-standard authentication/authorization solutions: Familiarity with SAML, OpenID, OAuth, and other protocols is often required.

Understanding of network protocols: Knowledge of protocols like HTTPS/TLS/UDP is beneficial.

Experience with SIEM tools: Familiarity with tools like IBM QRadar or Splunk is often a plus.
