The role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Group IT Manager to oversee and standardize IT operations across all our European locations (in Belgium and France). Based in our Ostend headquarters, this pivotal role reports directly to senior management and offers the opportunity to shape the IT infrastructure of a thriving international gaming company.

Key responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate all IT operations across the group in Europe (networking, servers, user support, infrastructure security)

* Maintain and optimize systems running on Linux and Windows platforms

* Oversee local and wide area networks, VPNs, firewalls, and cybersecurity measures

* Collaborate with local casino teams and external vendors to ensure uptime and efficiency

* Manage IT-related compliance in regulated markets (Belgium, France)

* Plan and implement group-wide upgrades, migrations, and innovations

* Support the integration of casino management systems and new technologies

* Travel regularly to other casino sites to ensure consistency and support

Your profile

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior IT role, ideally in hospitality, gaming, or retail environments

* Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cloud infrastructure

* Languages: fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken fluency required), knowledge of French

* Based in or willing to relocate to Ostend, Belgium

* Problem-solver with a hands-on mentality and leadership skills

* Willingness to travel internationally
