About the Role:
- Handle sales operations through face-to-face and remote channels
- Assess customer needs and develop sales bids/proposals
- Build relationships with prospective customers to meet sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and follow-up on sales (pricing, offers, orders)
- Meet sales targets and manage budget - Visit customers for relationship building and satisfaction - Collaborate with New Business Development for strategic partnerships
- Manage supplier and customer relationships, and internal collaborations
- Report sales data in CRM and maintain accurate records
- Approve margin calculations and pricing
- Collect market info to support business strategies - Lead sales support team and prioritize tasks
- Adhere to ISO & QA procedures
Critical Results:
- Achieve sales targets with B2B customers
- Optimize budgets, forecasts, and margins
- Document market trends and competition insights
- Execute effective sales and marketing strategies
About You:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related field
- Experience: 5+ years in relevant sales roles
- Languages: Proficiency in English, French, and Flemish/Dutch
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge and project management capabilities
- Strong coaching and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with ERP systems
