Software Support Engineer

As a Software Support Engineer, you help cities, municipalities and police zones keep their mobility and enforcement platforms running smoothly. Your role

You are the technical bridge between our SaaS platform and our B2B clients. You enjoy digging into complex issues, communicating clearly, and turning problems into sustainable solutions.


What you’ll do

  • Provide 2nd-line software support to B2B clients
  • Investigate technical incidents and functional questions
  • Analyse logs, data and system behaviour to find root causes
  • Collaborate with development and product teams on fixes and improvements
  • Document solutions and help improve internal processes
  • Contribute ideas to continuously enhance our support quality

Soft Skills

  • Clear and empathetic communicator
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
  • Proactive team player
  • Positive mindset and eager to learn


Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with or willingness to learn: Jira, Confluence, Zendesk
  • SQL, XML, CSV – comfortable working with data
  • Linux command line basics
  • Git / version control understanding


Languages

  • Fluent Dutch required
  • Comfortable communicating in French
