Project Manager HR

We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team
Your Assignment
You will play a crucial role in managing key HR projects aimed at delivering significant value to all employees. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the complete lifecycle from initiation to go-live of HR platforms, ensuring project progress while developing necessary change measures to achieve optimal results efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project scope, budget, and planning across various HR initiatives.
• Maintaining robust relationships with all stakeholders and coordinating tasks among project team members.
• Establishing clear agreements with project partners and ensuring follow-up on commitments and deliverables.
• Integrating diverse aspects of the project as required by distinct project groups.
• Participating in analysis workshops to capture requirements accurately.
• Providing comprehensive project documentation, including planning and communication strategies.
• Organizing user acceptance testing (UAT), monitoring testing progress, and addressing any issues that arise, escalating critical blockers as necessary to adhere to deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek an individual with a minimum of 8 years of project management experience, particularly in implementing HR software platforms. You will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience within a Human Resources environment or a keen interest in HR processes and employee engagement.
• A solid understanding of project management methodologies, practices, and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify dependencies, issues, and risks, driving solutions proactively.
• Capacity to structure projects with multiple partners, providing transparent project overviews for all stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills and strong listening abilities are crucial.

Language Proficiency
Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is required to facilitate communication within the diverse environment of our client's projects.

Various Information
The mission is expected to last until the end of the year, with the potential for a 6-month extension into 2026.
