Technical Power BI consultant

We're looking for a skilled Technical BI Consultant to join our client's team and drive the implementation of next-generation reporting and analytics solutions. In this role, you'll design and deliver integrated reports, dashboards, and alerting systems using Microsoft Power BI and related Azure technologies, ensuring data is transformed into actionable insights for key business areas.

Responsibilities
As a Technical BI Consultant, you will:

• Design and implement dashboards, integrated reports, and alerting mechanisms with Power BI
• Build financial, customer, HR, regulatory, and sustainability reporting solutions by connecting to diverse data sources (SAP ECC/S4Hana, ISU, legacy databases, etc.)
• Manage data pipelines and ensure proper use of ETL, data lakes, data warehouses, and publication processes
• Maintain and support the Power BI environment, including run activities and operational maintenance
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards such as GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2

Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate brings expertise in:

• ETL processes and M365 architecture
• Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Data Lake, Data Warehouse)
• Power BI / Microsoft Fabric and multidimensional modelling
• SAP ECC & S4Hana (including ISU)
• SQL (including partitioning techniques)
