Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager located in our E.U. Offices. The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing and new customer accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, following-up interior design projects with clients and providing high level customer service. Day-to-day tasks include inside sales activities, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on priorities
• Experience in interior design industry, wallpaper and furnishing fabrics is a plus
