IT Support Speciallist


We are looking for an experienced and motivated On-Site IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to end users. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with end-user devices, operating systems, and collaboration tools, as well as excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support to users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
  • Support desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
  • Deliver end-user support for Windows-based computers and standard business applications.
  • Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of video conferencing systems.
  • Ensure incidents and service requests are handled in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in:
  • On-site IT support (direct interaction with end users)
  • Support for desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets
  • Video conferencing systems support
  • Very good skills in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and end-user computing environments.
  • Good understanding of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android) and core mobile applications.
  • ITIL V4 Foundation Certification is required.
  • (If certification is not held at the start of employment, it must be obtained within 3 months; a TM-1 or FP-2 penalty may apply.)
  • Language skills: Minimum B2 level in both French and English (spoken and written).
