ITZU Executive Search has been mandated to identify a Cross-functional Quality Manager to support the company's growth following major tender wins and a planned 50% increase in production. The organisation specialises in technical textiles for protective clothing, workwear, and industrial applications. Every fabric leaving its production sites is manufactured through a fully integrated process — from spinning to finishing — ensuring high standards of quality, sustainability, and traceability. Job description The company is seeking a Cross-functional Quality Manager who will act as the guardian of its quality promise. In this hands-on and strategic role, you will oversee product excellence across spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing activities, working closely with production operators, R&D teams, laboratories, and subcontractors. You will translate insights into concrete actions, ensuring fabrics meet European standards as well as the high expectations of clients, including major public institutions and protective services. You will also coach and inspire teams, fostering a strong culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Ensure consistent product quality across all production stages and sites.
Lead audits, certifications (ISO 9001, Oeko-Tex, BlueSign), and compliance initiatives.
Act as a bridge between production, R&D, laboratories, and subcontractors.
Coach and support shop-floor teams to embed a quality-first mindset.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives rooted in operational realities.

Strong technical background in textiles, with industrial or hands-on experience.
Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.

Comfortable in a bilingual environment (French/Dutch); proficiency in English is a plus.
