Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be driven by his/her own motivation, and will not have a 9 to 5 mentality.

Experience in our sector is not mandatory, but a work experience of at least 2 years would be preferable.

However this does not mean that we exclude very motivated students that just finished university!

Responsibilities

• Manage website, based on Wordpress (we have 3 very important websites)
• Content creation
• Post management
• Social Media Mgmt
• Mailings
• Salesforce mgmt (Marketing atomization using PARDOT/Salesforce - Account engagement)
• Product management, thereby searching for new Real Estate projects and dealing with the contracting
• Work with developers and register our clients
• Prepare reservation contracts and review them with the client's lawyer
• Support the managing director in various strategic tasks
• Work in Salesforce and follow up on our field sales agents
• Prepare inspection trips to Spain for our clients
• ...

Qualifications

• Ideally min. 2 years of experience (preferably in Real estate), but not a must
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Strong communication skills
• Strong administrative skills (Structure!)
• Native Dutch, fluent English (and ideally also French)
• Last but not least; positive attitude of 'What can I do for the company?', instead of 'What can the company do for me?'
