About the Role

The
EEAS CiMA team
is reinforcing its IT capacity and is seeking
2 skilled Developer Consultants
to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications on
Microsoft Azure Cloud
. This role requires strong expertise in
.NET, C#, TypeScript, SQL, and cloud-native development
, ensuring agility, flexibility, and responsiveness in mission-critical EU projects.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design and develop applications on MS Azure cloud infrastructure using ASP.NET Core, EF Core, and Angular.
• Create microservices following best practices (CQRS, OData, AutoMapper, .NET Aspire).
• Develop modern frontend web applications with Angular 18+, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, OAuth/SSO, Angular Material.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and database models.
• Migrate legacy ASP.NET MVC apps to Azure App Services (.NET Framework, Entity Framework, JQuery, Bootstrap, Razor Pages).

Cloud & Data Management

• Design and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases (MS-SQL, Cosmos DB).
• Deploy, manage, and scale Azure services, including Kubernetes (AKS).
• Create integration features (REST APIs, web services) enabling secure data exchange across .NET ecosystems.
• Manage data transformation & exchange between SQL, JSON, XML, and other formats.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Define and execute automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Apply secure coding principles and clean code standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Profile Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C# and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, AKS, Cosmos DB).
• Strong database expertise in SQL Server & NoSQL.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, etc.).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Power BI Embedded is a plus.

Experience

• 4+ years of professional IT experience.
• Direct involvement in multiple enterprise projects using .NET stack & Azure.
• Strong background in data consolidation, transformation, and analysis.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
