Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst


to join our team. This full-time, permanent position is located in either Wilrijk, Antwerp or Chennai, India. This is a key role supporting our CFO, Fund Development, Risk, and Investment teams. You'll be working across global offices, building budgets, driving forecasts, analyzing performance, and helping shape the financial strategy of both Incofin and the funds we manage. You will be reporting directly to the CFO.


What you’ll do:

  • Own the full budgeting and forecasting cycle for the management company
  • Build liquidity forecasts and stress testing for funds under management
  • Develop metrics and dashboards that drive decision-making
  • Dive into actuals vs. targets, and present clear insights to leadership
  • Assist the Business Development team with models and RFPs
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on profitability, FX, and cost drivers
  • Help shape the onboarding of new funds

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–6 years of experience, with a background in FP&A, controlling, audit or banking
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with excellent command of Excel
  • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, TM1, or similar)
  • A master’s degree in Finance, Commercial Engineering or Applied Economics (or equivalent)
  • A hands-on, curious, collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English, with strong communication and stakeholder skills
  • Existing work permit to work in Belgium or in India.
