Hotel / General Manager
to lead our team and shape the next chapter of Crowne Plaza Antwerp's success.
The
Hotel/General Manager
will lead the overall operations of Crowne Plaza Antwerp, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
Your day to day
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments within the hotel.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial goals and enhance guest experiences.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning of all hotel departments.
Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Financial Performance:
Develop and manage the hotel's budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and by maximizing room occupancy and rates.
Guest Experience:
Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality, addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
Ensure all guest areas are well-maintained, clean, and welcoming.
Team Development:
Train and develop a high-performing team, fostering career growth and professional development.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Community and Stakeholder Relations:
Represent the hotel in the local community and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
