Your Role: What You'll Learn and Do

Event Support & Coordination:

• Assist in preparing event logistics and documentation.
• Help coordinate suppliers, venues, and service providers.
• Support the team during live events (on-site and online), including setup and coordination tasks.

Registration & Communication:

• Assist in setting up and managing online registration platforms (e.g., CVENT, Swoogo, B2Match).
• Help prepare participant communications and event materials.

Digital Tools & Platforms:

• Learn to use tools like Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, Interactio, and for online and hybrid events.
• Support technical tests, rehearsals, and live delivery of virtual sessions.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with Event Specialists and Communication Managers on day-to-day tasks.
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
• Interest in EU affairs and working in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
• Availability for a full-time, 6-month traineeship based in Brussels.
