Your new mission As a Bilingual FR/NL Customer Care Officer, you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in their satisfaction. Your objective: to answer their technical and functional questions efficiently, pedagogically, and enthusiastically. On a Daily Basis, You welcome and advise customers in French and Dutch, mainly by phone and remotely; analyze their needs and propose suitable solutions; diagnose problems and assist customers in using our management software; collaborate with project and development teams to quickly resolve requests; participate in supporting and training customers in their user experience. This role allows you to gain a comprehensive understanding of our solutions and be at the heart of customer relations, in a collaborative and educational environment.
