Technical Customer Service Specialist


Position Overview And Purpose
As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers and partners regarding technical questions, orders, and service requests. You combine customer focus with technical knowledge and ensure that customers receive professional support in finding the right product, service or spare part.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Answering technical questions from customers (by phone and email).
  • Providing technical support related to maintenance and installation of hydraulic systems.
  • Analyzing complaints and technical problems and proposing solutions.
  • Managing (EDI)orders for OEM business, service, parts, and repairs.
  • Maintaining contact with mechanics, dealers, and suppliers.
  • Contributing to improvements in service processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing technical advice on the use and maintenance of our products.

Position Requirements

  • HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or similar).
  • Affinity with hydraulics and/or vehicle technology.
  • Experience in a customer service-oriented role is a plus.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems is required.
