Business Analyst

We have multiple opportunities for business analyst as well as application manager.

Your Mission as an Application Manager

As Delivery Manager, you'll coordinate the end-to-end implementation of RES information systems-from planning and testing to release and rollout. You'll ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, reliably, and in line with business needs, while helping mature delivery governance and methodology.

What You'll Do

• Lead Delivery & Releases
  : Oversee feature delivery and manage releases from development to production.
• Drive Quality
  : Define test strategies, coordinate QA, and ensure system readiness.
• Bridge Teams
  : Align business, architecture, and development teams for seamless delivery.
• Improve Processes
  : Identify and address gaps in release management, testing, and documentation.
• Support Operations
  : Ensure operational readiness with clear documentation and support materials.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in IT delivery and release management (energy sector is a plus).
• Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), and DevOps practices.
• Ability to connect business needs with technical execution.
• Familiarity with renewable energy systems and power markets.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.

Your Mission as a business analyst

You'll bridge business needs and technical solutions for systems that manage renewable assets, integrate them into the grid, and support energy trading. From gathering requirements to testing and documentation, you'll ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

  : Capture and translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements.
• Test & Validate
  : Design test cases to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with business goals.
• Document & Support
  : Create comprehensive documentation for users and support teams, from onboarding guides to system overviews.
• Collaborate & Connect
  : Work closely with developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment.

Your Skills

Hard Skills

• Deep understanding of power markets and renewable energy asset management.
• Proficiency in
  Python
  and
  SQL
  ; experience in software development or data science.
• Familiarity with
  cloud platforms
  (e.g., AWS) and relational databases.
• Experience in energy trading or asset operations is a strong plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and systems thinking.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, structured approach.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
