Job Purpose The core purpose of this role is to perform daily accounting duties and ad-hoc tasks as described in key responsibilities as below. He or she will work closely with Assistant Finance Manager / Accounting Supervisor to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Finance Management. Key Responsibilities Perform accounting functions in handling full set of accounts of service units; Manage daily accounting duties including A/P, A/R, general ledger, accounts reconciliations; Perform fee payments and operating expenses payment frequently; Responsible for inter-companies and funds transfer and staff claim reimbursement; Assist in donations handling to ensure the correctness and validity of donation receipts; Assist in the treasury functions on interest yield and liquidity; Assist in preparing accurate, reliable and timely financial data and reports for internal and external requirements; Assist in the annual statutory audit and event audit by preparing audit schedules and reports; and Provide ad-hoc supports to the Assistant Finance Manager / Accounting Supervisor. Requirements 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE (including English and Chinese) or equivalent; or University Degree holder in any discipline Qualification with LCCI Level 2 in Accounting or above Minimum 1 year relevant working experience Proficient in MS Word, Excel and accounting software (Epicor and D365 preferred) Good interpersonal, communication skills and detail oriented Strong commitment Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Fresh Graduate will also be considered Contract Period: 1-year (renewable) We are an Authorized Employer of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
