THE ROLE
Lead the development, monitoring, evaluation, and renewal of our Client’s services and products. Shape and implement B2B product and revenue management strategies, ensuring dynamic and innovative product management aligned with the company objectives. Optimise revenue and deliver added value for customers by :
- Analysing market demand and customer needs, translating them into new products and services, and driving innovation to generate additional revenue.
- Interpreting macroeconomic and competitive analyses, identifying sector trends, and providing actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Designing and implementing objective, optimal pricing structures and managing the billing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and resolution of disputes.
- Representing our Client in regulatory audits, maintaining strong relationships with the regulator, and safeguarding the organisation’s interests.
- Leading, motivating, and developing team members to enhance performance and engagement.
- Building and activating a network of clients, public bodies, and relevant European organisations to foster collaboration, anticipate industry changes, and defend our Client’s interests
