Director Global Marketing Communications

Our client is a European leader in innovative and high-end optical solutions for industrial market segments.

For one of their Business Units, headquartered in Belgium, we are seeking a DIRECTOR GLOBAL MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS.

Role

• Defining overall marketing communications strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of the action plans
• Setting, defining and executing communication campaigns
• Managing a small team of marketing assistants
• Defining the communication tactics to increase visibility of the brand
• Working closely with all internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

• Successful experience in driving marketing communications campaigns in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Pro-active, creative and energetic
• Preferably experience gained from a medium-sized organization
• Pragmatic and hands-on
• Frequent presence at HQ in Brussels/Leuven with regular travel globally.
