We are responsible for developing power electronic converter platforms and products (ranging from 30 kW to 2 MW) that address power quality challenges in the low-voltage market, including
active harmonic filtering, voltage and power factor control, and battery storage solutions
.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead the development and implementation of digital closed-loop control systems for new converter platforms.
- Contribute to the end-to-end design process: from concept and simulation to circuit, and control system design, prototyping, and product verification.
- Collaborate on the development of hardware control circuitry and define control system limits.
- Perform modeling and simulation of power converters and define optimal control strategies for various converter topologies and control functions.
- Lead R&D projects or work packages with a structured, results-driven approach; document outcomes in technical reports, presentations, patents, or publications.
- Contribute to innovation by proposing new R&D initiatives and support with R&D process improvements.
- Support global R&D teams in delivering high-quality results, while fostering knowledge sharing. Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Your Background
- M.Sc., Ph.D. or Post-doc in Power Electronics, with relevant experience in converter & control system development.
- Strong skills in both static and dynamic modeling of power electronic inverters.
- Proficient in modern control theory and its application to power electronic systems.
- Expertise in embedded systems and digital control implementation using DSPs and FPGAs.
- Hands-on experience in building and testing power electronic converter systems, ideally with SiC-based designs.
- Knowledge of grid codes, power systems, electromagnetic modeling, and EMI/EMC is an advantage.
- Experience with power semiconductors is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
