Senior Program Manager

Job Description:

Demonstrable experience as a Program Manager, leading Programs related to infrastructure projects or development projects

Demonstrable experience in infrastructure or development projects

Demonstrable project experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics SAAS with 0365 integration

Functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365, preferably demonstrated by certification

Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR-level C2.

Demonstrable experience in similar assignments for the Flemish Govemment as an implementer or as an administrator

Demonstrable experience with implementing the building blocks of the Flemish government in Microsoft CRM Dynamics such as: ACm/IOM, DOSIS, Webuniversum, Digital signature folder, MAGDA document service

Demonstrable experience with project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, etc.)

Demonstrable experience with terminology, organization, roles and processes of the PM methodology (e.g. Prince2, PMBok, etc.)

Demonstrable knowledge and experience with ITIL

Demonstrable knowledge and experience of a program management methodology (eg. Agile, Sorum, MSP)

Communication skills and experience with teamwork and project-oriented work

Knowledge of business processes in general and those of the Flemish Govemment in particular (after induction period)
