Business Analyst

SPECIFIC SKILLS :

Demonstrable experience with data models/data modeling

Demonstrable experience with business analysis (including creating use cases, user stories, and process models).

Demonstrable experience with complex analyses in complex organizations (legal, technical and governance aspects) for data exchange

Demonstrable experience within the government(Good to have)

Demonstrable experience with databases(Good to have)

Demonstrable experience with identity management(Good to have)

Demonstrable experience with Java(Good to have)

Demonstrable experience with Jira(Good to have)

Demonstrable experience working in an API-driven environment(Good to have)

Demonstrable experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment (Good to have)

GENERAL SKILL:

Demonstrable experience in general business management with applications in the ICT field.

Demonstrable experience with business process development and optimization (BPM)

Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR-level C2.

Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management (Good to have)

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the various Project Management facets (costs, timing, coordination, planning estimates)(Good to have)
